We are  pleased to announce that the Justice Academy of Turkey has joined the European Programme for Legal Professionals.

New HELP activities will be held in Ukraine on 29-30 November and 1 December 2011

April 2012: Study visit in Strasbourg of two
delegations of Judges, of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and of the Ukrainian
High Specialized Court on Civil and Criminal Cases

Eastern Partnership – Enhancing Judicial Reform in the Eastern Partnership Countries is a joint programme funded by the European Union and implemented by the Council of Europe.  A presentation of the HELP Programme, with a brief communication on “Training of judges on the ECtHR standards and the use of the CoE HELP Programme” will be made during the working group meeting on Professional Judicial Systems, to be held in Strasbourg on 13 October 2011

Using the HELP  website, the Council of Europe, in co-operation with National Training Institutes,  will organise distance-learning course  exclusively for  groups of judges and prosecutors. The first pilot courses will focus on Family Law and Human Rights
